I was working in a multinational company and It was month of march way back in 2008, when management asked all employees to take all the balance leaves , I too had about 40 leaves balance with me so I took leave for whole month in Dec 2008 .

After joining back in Jan 2009 one day every one was asked to gather in the office , and early in morning in the first hour of work HR of my company started calling one by one peoples in his cabin and started giving termination letters to them . Every one was shocked , to know what is happening , no one imagined such thing could happen in his life , now one of my friend was called who was just sitting besides me and was served with termination letter, he did not returned back to his sit and left the company from there it self.

One by one, peoples were asked to come to HR and were asked to leave the company, I thought even there lies a same fate for me , I logged in to my email and just thought of seeing my online business pay cheque that I received a month earlier , in may 2008 , with a thought that I will have some support or a hope for my earning in the event of any thing happening with me now. But a moment of relief came as HR announced every thing is over and no one will be asked to leave the Job.

But every one wanted to quite and search for other job after all this ?

Later next day one boy who was on leave who use to report me , even did not return to his job knowing that he was terminated , he even did not returned back to collect his dues.

Other boy who was financially very poor , requested me that he don’t want to go home as neighbours will come to know that he lost the job .

My boss was also absent that day may be he knew about that , I was a key persone in my department , I had developed many things for so many years of hard work , he was responsible for implementing a system , which it was not possible for him , because he did not knew , what is going wrong and where , until he know , it use to be too late, resulting in to his failure , then he delegated his responsibility to me and started telling others that I am is responsible for that so that he could save his skin , he though I will quite my job after his game , but I did not , on the contrary I developed reports for finding quickly , what is happening wrong so that I could take actions quickly , and I was able to implement the system efficiently , I had developed lot of reports which are being used by whole of the company , but when time came for promotions , I was sidelined by my boss fearing that I will be given more importance than him.

It was a time when rescission had struck all over the world , many people lost their jobs , many even lost lives , as they dedicated whole of their life to become a good employee not trying any thing extra apart from job , the one who did this were at the good positions even now.

I thought that time , the payment that I received from my online business, I will make it big , I will make it large , I will make it larger than my life, so I dedicated my most of the time after my office hours to develop my online business , and slowly I started getting regular earnings with my online business, a point came when I started getting payments every after two months , then after six months , it became a regular monthly pay cheque just like salary.

It was not enough as that of my salary from my full time job , but it was pretty good side income . Then after consistent efforts I started getting payment equal to my salary every month I was getting payment equal to my salary from fulltime job from my online business.

I started my online business way back in march 2008 , and it took me to reach this level in 2010 , then I decided to completely dedicate my self to my online business and decided to develop some thing that world will know , decided to develop some thing that world will come to know about me from by my work , so now I write my healthcare blog which is as of now standing 1st in world , my blog is now even referred and read by people whom I use to report in my job , I was always tortured by these peoples for nothing .

I have now my own office set up at my home.

Now I am free from 9 to 5 job , and even offer small work from home jobs to needy people , I outsource some of my work and pay them good money.

I started my online business right in the economic rescission I had to struggle lot in beginning, but now I am happy.

This was possible just because I did not go to my school or did not obtain my graduation degree just to get a job, rather I always thought of developing my own business.

My struggle has yielded fruits for me.
